AI Reply drafts a response using only the shipment data on screen. You edit if needed, hit send.
Security & data flow
Your shipment data never lands in a CargoCube database. Responses are processed in-memory and returned to the user's browser.

back to the task pane- No data retention. Shipment responses are processed in-memory and returned to the user's browser. We do not store them.
- No model training. Azure OpenAI runs in a no-training configuration — prompts are not retained or used to train models.
- Per-domain enforcement. Each tenant API key is locked to one or more email domains. Outside users physically cannot use a leaked key.
- HTTPS end to end with valid certificates signed by Cloudflare. OAuth + JWT client assertion against eAdaptor.
